Imprint of a Sleeping Elephant
The image you see above is not an intentional artistic creation, but in fact an actual imprint left in the sand by a young Asian elephant named Anjan.
Taken at the Chester Zoo in the UK, the zookeepers explained that elephants sleep on their sides for around four hours a night, which allows plenty of time to leave an imprint in the sand. What is remarkable is that the zookeepers were able to take a picture before the sand was disturbed by Anjan or the herd.Â
