Sea Lion Nap Time

Awww, these New Zealand sea lions look so cute just hanging out and napping in the grass along the water’s edge. It’s almost as if they don’t have a care in the world. They can go swimming in the ocean, walk on the sand and then curl up for a little nap time in the tall grass.

Unfortunately, these sea lions are on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. Their habitats, and the species as a whole, are at risk. We don’t have to let them down, though. We just need to do what we can to protect wildlife and keep our oceans clean.
