Fighting Dinosaurs

The ‘fighting dinosaurs’ is known as one of the most famous dinosaur fossil discoveries found in Mongolia in 1971. Preserved forever in battle, the Velociraptor has sunk its foot claw into the neck of the Protoceratops which is fighting back with a bite to the arm. Scientists speculate as to how this can occur from a drowning in mud, a rapid burial from a collapsed dune, or a sandstorm.
